These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 16 September 2026 and apply to all visitors and users of the Card Exchange Ayers website and venue. Card Exchange Ayers is an adults-only venue. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the poker room, card lounge, or restaurant, and to use this website. We may request valid identification to verify your age upon entry. Anyone under 21 is not permitted on the premises, including the restaurant area.

Eligibility to Participate

Participation in any poker activity at Card Exchange Ayers is limited to individuals who meet the age requirement and comply with all venue rules and applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements. All poker activities are physical, offline, and face-to-face; no online or remote participation is offered.

Poker Activities & Non-Financial Nature

Physical, Offline Poker

Card Exchange Ayers provides a physical poker room, poker tables, and a card lounge for face-to-face poker play. All poker activities occur exclusively on our premises in Yulara. We do not offer online poker, remote play, or any digital poker services. Poker is conducted in person at physical tables with other players.

Non-Financial Play

Poker at Card Exchange Ayers is strictly non-financial. We do not offer cash games, real-money poker, stakes, buy-ins, winnings, payouts, prizes, jackpots, or guaranteed tournaments. The financial nature of any poker activity is unspecified and should not be assumed. No gambling or wagering is conducted on the premises.

Face-to-Face Interaction

All poker experiences are designed for face-to-face interaction among players. We do not facilitate any form of remote or simulated play. Players must be physically present at the table. The venue promotes a social, in-person poker environment.

Restaurant Dining Terms

Secondary Offering

Restaurant dining at Card Exchange Ayers is a secondary offering to our primary poker experience. Dining is available to patrons who meet the 21+ age requirement. The restaurant operates within the same adults-only policy. Dining services may be limited and are subject to availability.

Dining Conduct

All diners must comply with venue rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the dining experience or violates these terms. No outside food or beverages are permitted unless expressly allowed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Venue Rules & Conduct

General Conduct

All visitors must behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone. Any damage to venue property may result in liability for repair costs.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on the premises: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and any items that may compromise the safety or comfort of others. We may inspect bags or belongings upon entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated or reported to authorities.

Dress Code

A smart casual dress code is encouraged. We reserve the right to deny entry to individuals wearing attire that is deemed inappropriate for the venue environment. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety in the poker room. No offensive or gang-related clothing is permitted.
